One very frequent inquiry when making a social media strategy would be how to cross post from Facebook to Twitter and vice versa, or would everything have to be unique.

Should you have a personal Twitter account and a personal Facebook page, it would not matter which manner you select. But if you have one or more professional Twitter accounts and have one or more Facebook brand pages, you would be limited in connecting to them. A personal account would be able to connect and auto publish to a personal Facebook page, and the like. You may not be able to connect a Twitter account to a Facebook brand page, but you will be able to put a brand page to any Twitter account.
Once you are aware of the situation you are a part of, you should set up one for the auto-publishing to the other, then locate the plugin putting in the posts to Facebook or Twitter.
No one would like to follow someone who just says stuff about their own things. You would have to be an expert, share information that is related to you, or curate the feed so that it would be interesting and have value for others.
